The family of the ‘Transformers 3’ extra who was injured during a stunt gone awry has filed a negligence lawsuit against Paramount and Dreamworks Studios. Gabriella Cedillo was working as an extra when a tow cable being used for a stunt broke free and struck her vehicle, smashing the windshield and ultimately hitting the young woman in the head.
