ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Bennett Wilcosky joined Malman Law in 2020 as an associate attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Bennett worked as a private criminal defense attorney and represented clients charged with a wide array of crimes, including First Degree Murder, Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapon, Possession of Controlled Substances, and DUI.

Mr. Wilcosky obtained his juris doctorate degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2018. During his studies, Bennett worked as a Law Clerk for some of Chicago’s most prominent Civil Rights and Criminal Defense firm. Bennett used these experiences to hone his investigative skills, and makes sure to utilize these skills in every case he handles at Malman Law.

Having lived in Illinois for nearly his entire life, Bennett proudly fights for his clients, and for justice in his community. When Mr. Wilcosky is not practicing law, he enjoys spending his time playing Rugby for the Chicago Lawyer’s Rugby Football Club.
