17th annual WGN Morning News Drive-Thru Toy Drive

The WGN Morning News Drive-Thru Toy Drive celebrated its 17th year, the second year that toys will go to children served by the Chicago Park District. Over 14,000 toys were donated, an increase of +133% (from 2018’s total of 6,000 toys). The Toy Drive ran from 5 a.m. – 10 a.m., featuring carolers, Santa and other holiday fun-filled activities.
