ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Atticus Aguirre joined Malman Law in March 2018, first as a law clerk and then as an associate attorney. Atticus is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School. While he was a student, Atticus clerked for the Honorable Judge Thomas J. Kelley, Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations, and assisted in research and drafting opinions. Atticus participated in a semester exchange with the Metropolitan University of Prague. While studying abroad, Atticus edited for the Common Law Society of Prague, where he honed his legal writing skills. Before attending law school, he received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago and managed several different Chicago-brand coffee shops.

A native from the south side of Chicago, Atticus is happy to assist Chicago residents in protecting their rights and contributes to the firm’s tradition of providing the best legal services possible. In his free time, Atticus enjoys attending White Sox and Chicago Bulls games, traveling, reading, and participating in local community organizations.
