Bella Feinstein

Associate Attorney

Attorney Bella Feinstein handles complex litigation matters involving many types of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including nursing home abuse and neglect and medical negligence claims against hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers.

Bella attended The John Marshall Law School on a full tuition scholarship and graduated top 5% of her class. She was named to the Dean’s list every semester and received the highest grade in six of her classes, including Medical Negligence, Evidence, Trial Advocacy, and Elder Law. Bella excelled in legal writing and was a member of The John Marshall Law Review. She also was nominated by John Marshall Law School faculty to be a member of the National Order of Scribes, an honor that only five graduating students receive each year.

During law school, Bella clerked for a Cook County judge and a Chicago civil law firm and also interned for the Cook County Public Defender’s Office. Bella decided she wanted to focus her career on personal injury after working on a wrongful death case during one of her clerkships. After her admission to the Illinois bar, Bella worked for another Chicago-based plaintiff firm before joining the Malman Law team. For Bella, practicing personal injury is both about directly helping her clients and about helping society as a whole.  According to Bella, “I’m passionate about personal injury law because I have seen firsthand the detrimental impact that an injury, accident, or medical mistake can have on a victim or family. By being there to support and guide my clients in their time of need, I am not only able to ensure a better future for my clients and their families, but also promote a safer community for everyone.”

A native of Novi, Michigan, Bella now lives on the north side of Chicago. Outside of the office, Bella enjoys spending time with her family and playing volleyball.
