Chloe Eagler is an Associate Attorney at Malman Law, working in nursing home abuse. As a first-generation attorney, Chloe is passionate about advocating for fairness and accessibility within the legal system.
Chloe joined Malman Law as a law clerk in May of 2023 and became an Associate in 2025 after passing the Illinois Bar. She received her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly known as John Marshall Law School) in 2025. While in law school, Chloe worked at UIC’s Fair Housing Clinic, where she provided free legal assistance to individuals living in the Chicagoland area. She also participated in UIC’s Moot Court program and travelled throughout the country to compete in Moot Court competitions.
Prior to joining Malman Law, Chloe attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus in Cultural, Media, and Rhetorical Studies. Chloe was born and raised in Central Illinois and enjoys visiting her family in her free time.
