Cierra Thomas joined Malman Law in 2025 as an Associate Attorney. Cierra received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law School in 2022 and her B.A. from Hanover College in 2019. She began her legal career working for individuals with disabilities under the Americans with Disability Act in New York City before transitioning into the personal injury field. Throughout her years of practice within the personal injury field, Cierra has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for clients and their families through settlement negotiations and jury verdicts.
During her law school career, Cierra was an active member of Syracuse Moot Court teams competing in a number of moot court competitions across the country. She was also an active member of the Syracuse Law Review, Syracuse Innovation Law Center, Phi Alpha Delta, and the Student Bar Association.
Attorney Thomas is from Indianapolis, Indiana, where she graduated from Perry Meridian High School. She then went on to study at Hanover College, where she received her bachelor’s degree in biology and triple-minored in Irish Studies, international political science, and philosophy.
Outside of the courtroom, Cierra enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring the city, and spending time with her friends and family.
