Gabriela Padilla-Abarca

Gaby Padilla-Abarca is a litigation personal injury attorney at Malman Law who is dedicated to advocating for individuals during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Before joining the firm, Gaby served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Cook County, where she gained extensive courtroom experience. That experience strengthened her litigation skills and reinforced her commitment to serving others and pursuing justice.

Gaby attended Purdue University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Law & Society. After graduating from Purdue in 2020, she earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was an active member of the Trial Advocacy Team and the Hispanic-Latinx Law Student Association.

As a first-generation attorney, Gaby understands the importance of perseverance, hard work, and ensuring every client feels heard and respected. She is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others and believes everyone deserves a strong advocate who will stand beside them throughout the legal process. Gaby is proud to serve a diverse community and help make the legal system more accessible to Spanish-speaking clients and their families.

When she’s not in court or in the office, Gaby can usually be found spending time with family and loved ones or planning her next coffee shop adventure—always in pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee.
