Haris Huskic

SENIOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Haris Huskic is a senior associate attorney at Malman Law and a trial attorney concentrating on representing injured employees before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Illinois Circuit and Appellate Courts. He was born in Bosnia and moved to the United States with his family at the age of 4. Haris attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for his undergraduate studies, where he double majored. Following undergraduate studies, he earned his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in only 2.5 years.

Haris is a true example of a skilled trial attorney, achieving tremendous success by securing millions of dollars for his clients through settlements and trial awards. He regularly appears before the Commission to ensure his clients receive the benefits under the Act and to maximize their financial recoveries. Haris has deposed hundreds of physicians to ensure his clients get the benefits they’re entitled to, including temporary total disability benefits and medical treatment paid by the insurance company. In 2024, Haris ranked in the top 10 in the number of workers’ compensation cases he took to trial for the calendar year in the entire State of Illinois. Haris has argued cases before the Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit Court, and the Appellate Court.

Haris is a member of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association (“WCLA”).

When Haris is not vigorously advocating for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his two children, whom he hopes will become future injury attorneys.
