Ines is a personal injury attorney who fights for people who’ve been hurt, mistreated, or overlooked – because everyone deserves someone in their corner when the system fails them. As a first-generation lawyer whose family came to the U.S. as refugees, she brings a deep sense of purpose to her practice and a relentless drive to hold wrongdoers accountable.
Since beginning her legal career in 2023, she has handled a broad range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and dental malpractice. During law school, she also gained experience with criminal misdemeanors, traffic citations, and EEOC complaints, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the legal challenges individuals face across different systems.
Known for her investigative instincts and strategic mindset, Ines approaches each case with the belief that every challenge has a solution – and that it’s her job to find it. She brings diligence, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility to every client she represents.
Born in Germany and raised in Hamtramck, Michigan, she earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2016. She went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2022, where she ranked in the top third of her program, earned Dean’s List honors, and received a CALI Excellence Award in Family Law.
She has lived in Chicago since 2016 and is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois. In addition to English, she speaks Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian.
Outside the courtroom, she enjoys testing new recipes, exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene, and spending time with her loved ones – including her mischievous tabby cat who keeps her busy.
