James G. Wright III is a trial attorney who is motivated by being of service to others. James prides himself on effective advocacy through a genuine interest and compassion for his clients.
James joined Malman Law in 2021 after he began his career at a defense litigation firm in Chicago where his practice focused on defense of hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. His prior defense experience gives him a unique perspective and approach in his representation of injured victims.
James graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago. While a student, James was an active member of the legal community and served as President of the Legal Honors Society. James was published in the John Marshal Law Review and later served as a Board Member to the Law Review. In keeping with his commitment to serve his community, James volunteered with the Pro Bono legal team at John Marshall and took a Federal Prisoner’s Rights case to trial.
Outside of the office, James is an avid hobbyist who enjoys reading, history, philosophy, and playing guitar.
