John Kasserman joined Malman Law as an associate attorney in 2025. During law school, he worked with the State’s Attorney in Cook County, where he honed his advocacy skills and developed a strong commitment to justice. He further enhanced his expertise in civil litigation as a Personal Injury attorney at The Memmen Law Firm, cultivating a passion for securing the best possible outcomes for his clients. John specializes in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, dog bites, and medical malpractice.
John is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in English in 2016. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago, College of Law, in 2020 and is a member of the Illinois Bar. He is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
A native of Chicagoland, John is a devoted fan of the Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks. In his free time, he enjoys reading, running game nights, and relaxing evenings with his wife, Maddie, and their cat, Ruthie.
