Dan Carr joined Malman Law’s personal injury litigation team as an Associate Attorney in 2024 after two years of private practice. Prior to joining Malman Law, Dan worked as an attorney with a personal injury firm in Joliet, Illinois where he fought for the rights of those injured in motor-vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, premises liability, and wrongful death. Dan’s approach to every case is centered on meticulous investigation, strategic planning, and empathetic client relationships. Dan’s client-centered approach ensures that he is not only a legal advocate, but also a trusted partner on his client’s journey to recovery.
Dan received his B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Dan spent time living and working in Seoul, South Korea and Beijing, China. Dan’s international business experience provides him with a unique perspective as well as the ability to communicate, collaborate, and advocate for all types of individuals from various backgrounds and cultures.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Dan currently lives with his wife and daughter in downtown Chicago. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, golfing, and spending time with his friends and family.
