Daniel Davis is one of Malman Law’s newest additions to its personal injury litigation team and joined the firm in November 2023. Daniel was a nominee of the National Trial Lawyer Association’s 2023 “40 under 40” list, distinguishing himself as a dedicated, skilled, experienced personal injury attorney. Specializing in pre-litigated matters, Daniel’s role at Malman Law is to facilitate fair, reasonable, and prompt settlements for injured motorists and pedestrians in automotive and slip-and-fall accidents.
Daniel’s career in the personal injury space is diverse and extensive and began long before his admission to the Illinois Bar. Daniel has personally obtained numerous favorable workers’ compensation trial decisions, resolved many claims through arbitration and mediation, and supported several high-stakes personal injury trials.
A fourth-generation lawyer, Daniel’s commitment to ethical, effective representation comes naturally. He firmly believes in arming his clients with a strong knowledge of the law and treating the litigation process as a collaborative effort between himself, his clients, and their loved ones.
Daniel hails from Deerfield, Illinois, and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Lawrence University, majoring in Government and minoring in Philosophy. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and practices exclusively in the state of Illinois. Outside his practice, he’s an outdoor enthusiast, amateur athlete, and avid home chef.
