Matt Harding joined the Malman Law team in 2020. Attorney Harding received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School. While in school he participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition and worked with community members from across the Chicagoland area in The John Marshall Law School’s Pro Bono Clinic. Attorney Harding enjoyed assisting his fellow students as Teaching Assistant for Professor Scott A. Shepard in his Property class. Before attending law school, he received his Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he was a two-year letterman as a football player.
During law school Attorney Harding built his experience as a clerk at a firm in downtown Chicago that focused on financial services arbitration and later worked under the general counsel of a music licensing corporation. Attorney Harding sharpened his litigation skills at The John Marshall Law School Pro Bono Clinic working with clients from lower income communities in the areas of housing, breach of contract and criminal expungement.
Attorney Harding focuses his practice on case securing workers’ compensation benefits for those who have been injured in the course of their employment. Matt is a Chicagoan to the core; he was raised in Hyde Park. When Matt is not hard at work for his clients, he’s enjoying playing outdoor hockey in the winter and running on the lakefront in the summer.
